The Scout Group was established out of the idea that accommodation didn’t have to be an impersonal experience; it could be a bespoke experience tailored to a persons needs and one that they would never forget.

With a remarkable background in marketing, it was early on in life that our founder found her true passion. She got her start in hospitality, working the restaurant circuit for over 7 years, managing an impressive list of high-end restaurants. It was here that she learnt how important it is to provide amazing service and how it made the difference between a truly memorable experience, to one a person would rather forget.

After spending the next few years in the real estate sector doing property management (specialising in short term leasing), she realised she could combine her two loves of hospitality and property. From there The Scout Group was born. With a large demand of guests wanting accommodation that suited their personal needs, The Scout Group set out to create tailored experiences for their clients that didn’t seem to be available anywhere else.

Whether it was families wanting holiday rentals with extra space, the corporate traveller wanting short term accommodation or high profile international guests needing a home away from home. The demand for unique spaces for accommodation and corporate or private events was huge.
