When staying in one our hand picked properties, we tailor the experience for our guests to their exact requirements. In doing so we are able to provide all the modern comforts of a home but also the luxury of a 5 star hotel too. The Scout Group provide hotel standard housekeeping, quality linen, an ‘essentials’ welcome pack, free WIFI and will arrange to meet you at the property and hand over the keys. We also offer a concierge service, which means we are on call to provide any assistance throughout your stay.

If you choose to host an event with The Scout Group at one of our properties, we also offer the service of your very own event planner. Your event planner can organise event and promotional staff, catering and fit out requirements including waiters, caterers, furniture hire and glass wear plus any other necessities required. With premium service contacts in this industry, we only collaborate with the best, ensuring that you receive the finest in quality and reliability.

With a passion for property, Laura established The Scout Group out of the idea that accommodation didn’t have to be an impersonal experience; it could be a bespoke experience tailored to a persons needs and one that they would never forget.

With a remarkable background in marketing, it was early on in life where she found her true passion. Laura got her start in hospitality, working the restaurant circuit for over 7 years, managing an impressive list of high-end restaurants. It was here that Laura learnt how important it is to provide amazing service and how it made the difference between a truly memorable experience, to one a person would rather forget.

After spending the next few years in the real estate sector doing property management (specialising in short term leasing), Laura realised she could combine her two loves of hospitality and property. From there The Scout Group was born. With a large demand of guests wanting accommodation that suited their personal needs, The Scout Group set out to create tailored experiences for their clients that didn’t seem to be available anywhere else.

Whether it was families wanting holiday rentals with extra space, the corporate traveller wanting short term accommodation or high profile international guests needing a home away from home. The demand for unique spaces for accommodation and corporate or private events was huge.
